Just managed to remove the hyphenations like Lorenzo suggested
(select text, un-click hyphenate in the paragraph menu)
I have now placed the image Chloe drew for me into my article. I am using this as my second image as I didn't want to have another photograph in it. I have also made the questions italics in order to differentiate between the questions and answer. Ideally I'd like to have the questions in bold, however, bold is not an option with the typeface I have chosen to use.
