Studio Workshop//Initial Storyboarding

First we were asked to come up with 25 initial starting letterforms for each of my words, which a sequence can then be built upon...

Taking 5 initial starting letterforms and producing 5 key frame sequence to represent the word 'disperse'.

5 different ways in which the letterform can move across the 5 frames lateral and horizontal to represent the word 'disperse'.

Taking the letterform and moving it across the five frames but beginning to consider a spatial awareness too (back and forth/front to back)

I found this one quite challenging but I was told to make my frames look 3D by drawing a box, then working from them ...I think this could help.

We were told we had to re-visit our sheets and annotate them; this was to ensure that we could go back to an idea and understand it, as well ensuring others could understand what we were trying to portray.

...hopefully this is now easier to understand.
