As we are considering producing our work in a variety of ways (posters, flyers, stencilling, stickers) we wanted to produce a trademark which will link it all together. We started playing around with the word read, as this is inevitably the focus of our project.
This typeface seemed most appealing and will contrast considerably well with the more simplistic typefaces we are using. We thought that this could not only be used as part of the posters etc. but also dotted around on it's own so people will see it and associate it with our work.
