These are a few mock designs I produced for possible posters. We decided to use quotes related to reading instead of our 'Congratulations' text as we realised that these positive affirmations were not true in relation to the amount of text present; reading one sentence is not realistically going to widen your vocabulary! Consequently, we have moved onto quotes about reading; these are more relevant to both the audience and the topic in hand.
We have also considered how elaborate we make our designs; we decided to keep the typeface quite simple to ensure the focus is on the type itself rather than other distractions. We have ensured we keep to '2 colours plus stock' by keeping them black and white.
