As I had considered previously on my design sheets creating a pattern out of the '17' logo and then applying this to the product, I thought I'd have a little go at doing this and see what the outcome was like. I found that the '17' did not form a structured pattern in the way that I had hoped, this seemed to be due to the fact that the '17' was not a perfect square shape. I think with a little more work and configuration this could, however, I am not even sure I want to use this on my product as I feel it may not appeal to my target audience.
