This is a small selection of MTV idents that creative review have blogged. Each one tells a different story; some more intricate than others but all in all, they create intrigue and help boost the channels viewings. I am aware there are a whole lot more out there, so I am going to get researching...
Using the beat of the music to transform this character via its form and colour. Nice.
Again, colour is of high importance in relation to the music within this moving image. I really like the colour scheme of this; the bright colours work extremely well against the dull black at the beginning of the video.
This ident is a little more obscure than the others, but then the colour scheme remains of high interest.
Again, the slow introduction colour plays a bit part in the effectiveness of this moving image sequence.
The music is used here to communicate the location.
