After researching a little into packaging, I decided to investigate existing packing myself; focusing on the colour used, content, possible target audience and imagery.
Having done this, I feel it is going to help my design process as I have a deeper understanding of what is already out there and how it is composed.
I came across these Reeses cups which I found had these coloured blocks on the reverse, I thought these were particularly interesting and could have greater meaning....hmmmm!
