Watching my title sequence back with a fresh pair of eyes... I have realised that there are three beats to the beginning of the audio which have not been 'pulsed' to. I also thought the pulsing could be smoother rather than the pulse looking like a flash. To do this I moved the scale keyframes further apart....

In doing this it has created a smoother more 'pulse' like movement....
