Better Navigation....

In order for the navigation to always be present to the viewer, I have moved the buttons to the top. I have also enabled all the buttons to be present (even when a button has been selected) as it created a more even structure to the page. To ensure the audience are aware that they have selected a page a black box will appear around the button...

Looking at this I may even get rid of the enlarged 'face' type ...or i'll ask in my crit!
